We brew our house pale ale with a lean malt bill anchored by a trusted trio of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Centennial hops. Fermented cool with our house lager yeast for a clean finish. 

FRUITY|BALANCED|ESSENTIAL

FEATHERS - Kellerbier, 5.8%

Our take on a Franconian Kellerbier. Unfined, unfiltered, and rich with malt complexity. A blend of Czech Saaz and US-grown Sterling hops provide subtle notes of herbal spice.

All draft beer is served in a FULL (0.4L) or HALF (0.25L) pour format - we do not serve flights.
